  This bank I swear Why do changes on a mobile banking app that makes it where no one can access their money over the weekend and then be closed on the weekend?

  The worst bank . I disputed a large charge back in 11/2024, not approved by me. I went to the bank and advised this was a scam charge. I submitted everything I had , showing what I approved. The bank only mails out letters as a form of commutation with black and white statements and no details and you only had a few days to dispute the findings by email or a call. If you miss the date , it gets closed. I went back and forward for months , to only find out that I had run out of time to dispute this charge, because the credit card department would take up to 60 days. The customer service was all over the place, no one was transparent with account notes, until the end when I advised. You can submitted all the dispute you want , but you will not get your money back. The time frame for this dispute had ran out. I asked the supervisor and the customer service agent, what prove , did the merchant submit, that prove I approved the charge. A (contact a receipt ) No replied from earthier one of them. They had no ground to decline my dispute. if the time ran out , it was because the bank dragged it out. I am now out $4330.00. The bank did not want to pay me this money , jut like I did not want to just donate this money. The bank did not have my back and did not support my loyalty as customer our my business.

Was extremely impressed when I went inside to the bank lobby the same newer young man (Tony) waited on me again and he remembered me from my prior visits; Wow I was so impressed I have been banking with this bank location for a year and half and I have never received this kind and wonderful customer service from anyone else Thank you Tony for making me feel welcome today (September 3 2024)

  One of the worst bank in town. They damn care about new client. I waisted my 4 hours in 2 days to open new account. Had to leave with bad feelings. Opened my account at First National bank in 30 minutes. I would give zero star if I could.
