  One of the main reasons I chose to bank with PNC was its proximity to both my job and home. Unfortunately, this specific East Broad Street location has a major inconvenience: you cannot access their ATMs 24/7 because the door’s (un)locking mechanism is broken — and all of their ATMs are located inside the branch. There is no exterior or drive-thru ATM available. This issue has persisted for over two months without resolution. I’m now seriously considering switching to Chase across the street, which offers consistent and convenient access. It’s disappointing because the staff at this branch are truly great — friendly, professional, and helpful. But in banking, convenience matters, and this ongoing issue makes basic access unnecessarily difficult.

  I really love Silvia’s customer service!!!… I came in and wanted to deposit a check, she help me very well she was kind and very helpful she successfully help me with everything next time I go there I’ll be looking for her to help me out!!! Adolis Birdsall

  My bank was recently acquired by PNC Bank. As you can guess when changes of this magnitude occur there will always be unforeseeable glitches, and boy did my accounts have some major glitches as a result. I went into the PNC Solution Center on Board Street and was helped by Michelle. I was skeptical because customer service everywhere is fleeting and I was slightly frustrated. But when I tell you Michelle was a breath of fresh air you better believe it. I left feeling more confident in my new bank because she was professional and worked tirelessly to resolve my issues. Although PNC is the 5th largest financial institution in the U.S.A. I could not tell. I was treated like the only customer that mattered today and even though all the issues are not completely resolved as of yet, she made sure the most important things were well taken care of. I felt like I was in a small town credit union where everybody knows your name. This really made my day so much brighter. Thanks Michelle!!
