- DSDebra SimmonsNov 25, 20251.0This PNC is the worst on Debbie Lm and Matlock. Poor customer and workers don't speak or understand English. I wanted to make a deposit into my nieces account with all her change . Ww usually rool the coins however when we do they say dont roll them because they have a coin counter and some rolls will not be filled. We'll today a lady that doesn't speak English well was just standing around no customers at the windows or in the bank. I was happy thinking not to hold up anyone counting coins. She said you have to roll them I said its not enough to roll different denominations. She then gives me a bank tray to stack the coins . I never used a bank tray befoee because i dont work ther. so I stacked them wrong she was frustrated and so was I. I said must be nice to stand around and have your customers do your job. I left Went to the bank further away but was worth it. Mind you no one was in the bank or at the drive thru between 2pm and 2:40pm. I told her I see why this bank is empty. Everytime I come in here its always poor customer service.
