Never happened. No response to emails, calls, etc. Even tried their messaging through customer service. Guy asked why we were contacting them-the moment I said make my final payment, he cuts off the chat and all I get is an error. Wants me to call some other number. Can’t connect at all with their site. Goodness, gonna overnight a check just in case, but I’m sure getting my title is gonna be a mess. I won’t ever bank through them for anything real, but just an fyi in case you try to finalize your loan. I normally bank through my credit union and have never had these problems. Only used this bank because it’s what the dealer gave us.
- SLSkyeden LlcSep 5, 20251.0PNC bank is definitely a joke. Many locations don’t have tellers. This particular location claimed they did not have 10k on hand 😳. That is chump change. Then they wanted to charge 2.5% to cash a check drawn on their bank from a large company. This was not a personal check. Now I avoided my bank because I don’t want it held for 3 or more days because this company is not one I have dealt with multiple times. The truth of the matter is a bank has to have a certain daily amount of funds on hand and it was extremely disappointing for PNC to be in a demographics where that should have never been their response. In addition whomever responds to this from PNC do not offer me to inbox you privately on other social media sites because I do not have any of those. I have many friends that have left PNC because their service is horrible. It’s 2025 these institutions need clients to make money yet treat clients - like trash unless your dollars are significant. Every dollar is significant. Every person is significant PNC is not going to last long if their client relationship continues to be data driven
