Taken a fee even thought the check was through PNC. Never been to a bank that takes a fee unless the check was through a different bank but was told the fee was bcuz I’m not a member. Money hungry bank is what u call that. I even had to visit my rating thinking it was going to be fast. I sat in the line to cash my check for 25 mins. Unnecessary time and horrible service. This bank is very unorganized and can’t seem to do anything in a timely manner. Of all banks I been to I believe this bank should not be operating

🚨 Do NOT Bank With Them! 🚨
They failed to tell us that they charge to check our balance, use the ATM or even swipe our card.

I went there to close an account and Amy Kolkman brushed me off. Instead of helping me transfer the remaining funds she told me to do it through my app. While I was sitting in front of her trying to do so, I was told to just call tomorrow and she would close it. I called multiple times but the phone rang and rang. My work schedule doesn’t allow me time to walk into the bank everyday. The following day I had a transaction come out of my account and gave me a negative balance. Amy failed to shut off my account or even make a note that I’d come in to close the account. The branch on 82nd street was very helpful in getting my account shut off, the transaction paid, and finally closing the account. Not sure if Amy was having a bad day or just did not want to do anymore work after 4:15pm (the time when I went to the bank) but this was a disservice to your PNC customer. Do better.

We recently opened business accounts with Micheal and he was impressive. We have opened many accounts and felt more comfortable than ever. Micheal followed up and has made sure we are happy. We look forward to doing business with Micheal again.
