Navin listened and escalated my issue, Farzin (the branch manager) reviewed my situation and approved the waivers, and Christian helped me finalize the updates and deposit afterward. She was kind, efficient, and made sure everything was fully resolved. The NSF fees were a complete oversight on my part, but they were all so understanding and approached it with professionalism rather than judgment — which I truly appreciated. As a business owner, I value service that feels personal and solution-oriented, and this team delivered exactly that. Great branch and an even better staff!

Pointless drive through I ended up doing my second portion inside the building only to have the clerk ‘Melanie’ to become argumentive. Wow. I come here daily to do deposits for a franchise and I have will never come back to this location because apparently they want you to hang out and talk(????) BYE.
