Navin listened and escalated my issue, Farzin (the branch manager) reviewed my situation and approved the waivers, and Christian helped me finalize the updates and deposit afterward. She was kind, efficient, and made sure everything was fully resolved. The NSF fees were a complete oversight on my part, but they were all so understanding and approached it with professionalism rather than judgment — which I truly appreciated. As a business owner, I value service that feels personal and solution-oriented, and this team delivered exactly that. Great branch and an even better staff!

Luke and Adriana were very courteous and informative, explaining the process of blocking hacking of our accounts there. i highly recommend this branch and i would like the supervisors of this facility to know they have 2 extremely valuable employees...great customer service!

- CRChloe RemodelingJun 4, 20191.0DO NOT BANK HERE!!!!!! just had a bad experience here with a teller, I do not know his name, he is Hispanic and skinny, I have been deposited my own business checks from another bank into my personal account in BBVA for a short period of time (7 checks already) signing pay to the order of my name, I bank at chase , Texas Legacy bank, they do not have any problem with my deposits, in fact I have deposited checks at BBVA in Irving, TX branch with no problems at all BUT today this guy straight out told me " I cannot deposit your check sorry " . I told him that the teller next to him has deposited 3 checks already with no issues and he still told me no way , no possible. Well, I got in my car and drove on Mccarthur all the way down to I-635 and the teller told me "you are welcome to deposit your check, I do not have any problem with that " .
