  Es increíble lo lento de los cajeros, el ATM pasa descompuesto casi todo el tiempo, decepcionante esto, regresamos a Chase 100 veces mejor servicio

  Terrible servicio mi esposo cambio un cheche de 2500 dolar por el drive to y solo resibio el sobre y no lo abrio asta que llego a una tienda para comprar algo abrio el sobre y solo abia 400 dolar se regreso rapido para el banco y solo se disculparon.. no se puden equibocar si estan cambiando un cheque,,, por favor cuenten su dinero cuando canbien algun cheque..

  OMG! This bank is terrible. I went through the drive-thru the Commercial Lane to get only $30.00 of quarters. People know that the Commercial Lane takes very long. Anyway the teller had already finished with the customer because I saw when she received her receipt and the box door stayed open. I lowered my window. OMG, I could hear them chatting away. I understand the teller has to be nice but not that way. The line kepted on getting long. Finally the lady in the car in front of me left. When it was my turn. I told the teller that he has customers and he is chatting and laughing. He told me that some customers are that way and want to be chatting . Ok but You as a PROFESSIONAL you set the line. Be nice and find a way to cut it short. The teller tried to blame the customer. No, its the Tellers fault. You are in control. The reason I am so upset is because the day before I went to the same bank and I waited almost 45 minutes and the truck that was in the Commercial Lane never moved and there was still another car in front of me. So I decided to go the next day which is today and for what. To be in line waiting and waiting and waiting because the TELLER was chit-chat. Makes me wonder why the truck from the day before never moved. What a terrible bank.
