- JDJ DJun 27, 20241.0Getting charged for moving money from savings to spending, this is a free option at most banks, trying to charge me for overdraft when I explicitly explained I didn’t want overdraft on my account. Not real pleased with this bank and will be looking for a new bank very soon.

I understand if there is a hold and you can do nothing about it but she proceeded to ask me “You really want me to call ALL these banks for you?” Like really? What great customer service. Sorry you would “rather be in bed” is what she told someone over the phone as she was helping me. JUST opened my account last night and I am definitely canceling it by today. Thanks to ONE person.
