- TTTheAsiiaMariieJul 27, 20221.0Walked in to open a checking account and was denied services.. the lady never left out her office the clerk went to tell her a customer was here to open an account and she came back and said I should receive a letter in the mail why I was denied opening a checking account..I ask her why would I be denied her only reason was if recent opened up a new loan..the bank was empty and the staff is so lazy.

PNC has the capacity to become the premier US bank if it continues on it's path. Keep it up PNC! ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ Have tried to open an account for well over 2 months. Called the bank, was told they would be able to open a PNC account on 10-12. Went in on 10-13 and was told, they are not ready to open new accounts. Was told to do it online. Attempted to open online and their software claimed I was a risk of identity fraud. No option to ask questions, no recourse, just basically we do not want you as a customer. What a horrible way to introduce a new bank, PNC, to the area by running off potentially new customers - without an explanation. And by the way, I was going to maintain a fairly substantial balance. PNC, you lose here, bigtime!

- LBLatoya BarrettSep 16, 20191.0I can see why this bank has soooo many bad reviews. I went in to ask where the atm was. The young white woman teller replied " outside" .. Umm okay outside where?? Than she had an attitude response. I realize i can't deposit to my Chase account from the ATM so I go back in to see if it's possible at all or if there is a Chase nearby. Oh Chase is in the back.. Okaaay.. Where... I don't know in the back of Kingwood somewhere.. I call to talk to a manager and leave a message just to never get a call back.. So unprofessional.. Ill stick with Chase
