- TDTommy DurasoOct 2, 20251.0This bank has a open door policy. Meaning you can steal a check from someone just to deposit it into someone’s account they don’t ask for no ID. The teller will hand your money to someone else besides you. Seems as a lot of fraud going on here at this bank. The check doesn’t even need the right capitalization and you can fill in any date you want on the check.

Every time I walk into the bank, I am welcomed by all the employees even if they are all busy with other customers or other duties. I appreciate them so much that I know their names also. Randy, Angelica, Ja-Kayla, Janet and Rosa. I also do business with three other banks, but PNCBANK is the only one that seems to welcome customers as they do.
