    Love the folks but lobby hours hours require I miss work to take care of lobby business.

    Have had this bank for four years almost left before but one of the ladies convinced us to stay. Staff cares more about being right than getting down to the problem. Most of them are not friendly. It's always one thing or another. And it's always someone else's fault never the person you speak to. Will be closing account soon.
