- BJBen JonesOct 3, 20231.0Wish I could give no stars I’ve been banking with PNC for 3 years now this bank is a joke along with everyone working in it I’ve been waiting two and a half weeks for a new debit card not to mention this card is less then 6 months old and the chip quit working to make it even better they automatically shut off existing card after 14 days so going on day 3 of no card then they “overnight” one free of charge and still no debit card and this is the 2nd time it’s happened I wouldn’t recommend anyone to use this bank withdrawing all funds and done and all existing members should do the same

I absolutely LOVE Alvi he is my saving grace! He's so sweet, kind, and understanding he really explains everything perfectly; and Katie, the branch manager is awesome too! I love this bank they make everything so easy and I couldn't have asked for a better team! 5 stars!
