Why would you call me at 5:30pm leaving a voicemail to discuss something on my account when I can't call you back because the branch is closed? If this was a marketing call, stop, never do that again.
- BKBert kochFeb 10, 20221.0A zero would be more like it. PNC bought Compass and transferred account numbers in august. Did not transfer electronic data so no information is available for 2022 taxes except manual statements. No one cares and have spent Hours at bank and customer service. I recommend looking for a better bank that cares. Everything about PNC is different than BBVA. Their Zelle use policy limits individuals to $1000 per day. No exceptions. They don’t care. Remember this!!! They don’t care and no one in this bank can make a decision.
