Why would you call me at 5:30pm leaving a voicemail to discuss something on my account when I can't call you back because the branch is closed? If this was a marketing call, stop, never do that again.

Wish I could give no stars I’ve been banking with PNC for 3 years now this bank is a joke along with everyone working in it I’ve been waiting two and a half weeks for a new debit card not to mention this card is less then 6 months old and the chip quit working to make it even better they automatically shut off existing card after 14 days so going on day 3 of no card then they “overnight” one free of charge and still no debit card and this is the 2nd time it’s happened I wouldn’t recommend anyone to use this bank withdrawing all funds and done and all existing members should do the same

Not a single person here has any clue what they're doing. Go in person: unhelpful, unprofessional tellers. Call: clueless. Talk to branch manager: still clueless. The worst bank I have ever dealt with, BY FAR.
