- OOOnesamSep 19, 20255.0Definitely one of the best treatments I have received as a customer. I needed to open up a bank account and had went to Wells Fargo, they treated my husband and I terribly we felt so uncomfortable and unwelcome no kind of greeting or a smile we felt as if they didn’t want us there. We saw that PNC just across the street was opened because we went around 4pm and they closed until 6pm and we decided to give it a try. The greatest decision we ever made. As soon as we walked in, Brianna received us with a smile and a charmisma we felt the difference right away and we knew we were in good hands. Shannon helped us with the bank account she was very friendly and was determined to helping us open the account that same day since we needed it very soon and it all got taken care of. I am grateful for how they treated us, I will always recommend this place.
- LJLoni JensonAug 5, 20251.0In all fairness....We did NOT have an appointment. Arrived about 9:45 AM and there were not any other customers waiting for branch banker assistance. The receptionist was great! 'Briana H', Branch Banker; was another story. Very cold, not interested, we felt as though we interrupted her day. She wanted to talk to us standing in the waiting area and I asked if we couldn't go to her desk. After a few minutes at her desk going through the ID process and listening to her sigh, I asked if she'd like us to come back and she promptly said ' I do not have an attitude'. We picked up our ID along with her card and left. We were able to handle some of the business through the 800 number listed and spoke with Alvoro which quickly apologized and suggested another branch for that savings account we had intended opening . (haven't done that yet, we are thinking this through). I've stayed put through four mergers now. Beginning to think it just might be time to move on.
- MSMarni SmithJun 15, 20171.0Been banking with compass 20 years almost. Received insurance check for repairs on our house due to tornadoes. Sent check mortgager- waited for its return. Finally get it back and the horrible teller puts another 5 day hold on it at her discretion. Thanks compass for letting more water into our home an ruining it further. The lady that runs this branch should be fired. She is jealous and slow as molasses. Be prepared for terrible service and to wait forever. I will start cancelling all my online bills and switch to another bank because of this. This woman is going to cost this bank many customers.
