  This bank and this branch specifically are the worst bank in the US, BBVA was a very efficient bank but they sold the business to pnc and now everything is out of control. To get a loan or to refinance or to get a consultation is a dramatic situation, nobody know what are they doing, enrique corneiro and the other man there does not help at all. I wonder: why are you open wether you are not helping to make business with you? They dont deserve 1 star, but i couldnt find zero stars.

  I'm not sure what the employees do here. They only work by appointment and every time I've walked in they are "very busy" and can't help me....as they stare at their cell phones. Even the kiosk video reps are useless. Looking to take all my business to a local bank.

  I’ve been a BBVA customer for over a decade. PNC bought BBVA Compass. Let’s just say, I’m really missing BBVA. I opened another account at a different bank and can’t wait to close down my PNC account. Their app is confusing, a lot going on, and aesthetically unappealing. Not a fan of PNC but it’ll all be over soon!

  Bought BBVA Compass and transferred my account over to my old maiden name and address. Still do not have a debit card 10 days after the transition. Nobody will pick up the phone at the Cinco Ranch branch office. So far so bad.
