    I’ve had a very disappointing experience at this location. The female banker is extremely incompetent. She had my credit card delivered to the wrong address and ordered my debit card incorrectly. There’s no excuse for the bankers mistakes which have caused me a tremendous amount of stress. I banked with BBVA for nearly twenty years and will leave because of this encounter.

    Horrible customer service from the managers to the tellers everyone is in need of better training. I would not recommend this branch for your banking needs.

    Terrible bank I tried to pay a loan and the old woman just stared at me like I was stupid... Very childish I can't wait to refinance
