The teleteller botched a withdrawal and they removed my money from my account, did not give it to me and told me that it would not be restored to my account for 10 days. Of course I protested, but they refused to do the right thing. It made no sense. I will be going to a new bank as soon as possible.

I opened another account at a different bank and can’t wait to close down my PNC account. Their app is confusing, a lot going on, and aesthetically unappealing. Not a fan of PNC but it’ll all be over soon!
