  I came in last week to open a Business account with my business partner. The manager told us we couldn't do it bc we had two names on the DBA. Said that we filed it incorrectly. So apparently he works for the state as well I'm guessing. Wasn't helpful at all and had more attitude than anything. So we went up the street to Comerica who I bank with personally. Talked to the manager and within 30 mins they made what the manager at PNC seem impossible a reality for us. Don't waste your Time even going to this PNC branch.

  This bank is the worst bank that I have ever done business with. The teleteller botched a withdrawal and they removed my money from my account, did not give it to me and told me that it would not be restored to my account for 10 days. Of course I protested, but they refused to do the right thing. It made no sense. I will be going to a new bank as soon as possible.

  I'm not sure what the employees do here. They only work by appointment and every time I've walked in they are "very busy" and can't help me....as they stare at their cell phones. Even the kiosk video reps are useless. Looking to take all my business to a local bank.

  I’ve been a BBVA customer for over a decade. PNC bought BBVA Compass. Let’s just say, I’m really missing BBVA. I opened another account at a different bank and can’t wait to close down my PNC account. Their app is confusing, a lot going on, and aesthetically unappealing. Not a fan of PNC but it’ll all be over soon!

  PNC is TRASH. I had four BBVA accounts before the buyout. They are completely messed up. Waited over two hours for someone on online banking to answer the line. Never answered. Just music. As soon as I can get my money out, I’ll move to another bank.
