This was my third attempt across two branches to open an account with the same issue of nobody working on duty that can assist. The other branch I even made an appt and the manager emailed me to reschedule. It’s ridiculous! how can you stay in business or provide customer service if no one is ever available to provide the product. This should not be this hard, I do not recommend this bank as a whole.
