- JCJess Crst3 days ago1.0We will not have any account in this bank, closing ALL accounts because this bank have contracted towing trucks to take the cars of clients or not clients, even do if the bank is closed and late in the night and more than 3/4 of the parking lot empty. Customer service ‘s madness.

It effectively penalizes customers twice, once when the check is issued and again when it’s cashed. A cashier’s check is supposed to represent guaranteed funds, not an opportunity for the bank to collect more fees. This practice feels predatory and undermines trust in what should be one of the safest financial instruments available. Avoid PNC Bank if you value transparency and fair dealing, there are plenty of institutions that don’t charge customers to access their own money.
