Came in to make a deposit here for our business account, we get multiple checks a week that are issued out to our shop and the customer from insurance companies. The customers endorse them and we usually deposit them no problem. This time the manager had told me that in order to deposit the checks I needed bring in a power of attorney of the customer... Really? Waiting in the lobby now 30 minutes after I came in for them to figure out how to get the transaction that I do on a weekly basis approved. 45 minutes later. Have asked to take my checks that they wouldn't deposit back and will go to another branch that understands businesses
