  We came here to take out a loan to purchase car from family member. We made the appointment about 1-2 weeks in advance. They called 30 minutes before appointment to confirm. Great! The appointment was set for 45 minutes. We get there and complete everything we need to (which took 1.5+ hours), only to realize that that they did not have a notary in office!? They knew we were there for a loan and never let us know this. They asked us to come back the next day (which means we had to bring our kids along this time). She told me it would be 30 minutes. Another 1.5+ hours later and multiple errors later, she tells us we need the seller present to sign a form. We voided our application due to the lack of communication and trust from this banker. What should have been a quick 45 minute appointment to secure loan ended up being 3 hours of our time over the course of 2 days with minimal communication on what we needed to bring with us. This banker claims to have worked there for 10+ years, but acted as she had never completed an application like this before. Some advice - reach out way prior to appointment to confirm what we are needing and let us know what to bring.

  ATM only. NO Tellers. So, we don't really call this a "Bank", need a new name for poor service centers

  I live walking distance from this branch and I still drive to the MacArthur branch due to the many horrible experiences. I believe it starts at the top of this particular branch as MacArthur is a totally different experience. When I walk into MacArthur’s branch they speak, the branch manager makes herself visible and ready to assist with anything. Ryan and Marcus in the Zelle decline Department advised they do not have supervisors to speak with customers and refuse to assist me. I was told to go to a branch to be verified even tho I verified my information with both. Ryan hung up in my face. This is why so many banks grow and then fail. Your service is a reflection of the values and culture of PNC, which it show you do not have respect or the care for the people whom allow you to hold their funds. Senior management needs to take a hard look at the employees that they lose and the trifling ones that stay. The trifling ones that stay have no knowledge of any of your products or systems at all! Additionally, after reading the reviews it appeared that there’s a pattern with who they don’t care to help.

  This bank is inside an office building type location. Nice staff and always help me with my needs.
