I was assured that the issue would be resolved within 48 hours, yet no progress has been made. The repeated delays and the rude behavior I have encountered from your online representatives are unacceptable. Please release my funds immediately. Once my money is returned, I intend to close my account due to this experience. I expect an urgent response and confirmation that this matter is being prioritized.

Instead of working, he spent the entire time chatting with someone. After waiting patiently for more than an hour, we decided to leave. His lack of professionalism and disregard for our time was completely unacceptable.
