Went in to close accounts, removed all funds and then 6 months later there are all sorts of fees as they didn’t actually close the account but left it open charging me each month. Horrible customer service, won’t let you do wire transfers over a certain amount, charges you when you move more than a certain amount from savings to checking. Folks at the corporate office say they can’t help either that it is the branch’s responsibility. Horrible bank will never do business with them again and recommend everyone avoid!
