Please do not visit this branch if you are wanting to open an account. I walked in wanting to open an account. I was checked in and told to have a seat and someone would be with me. The manager Marcel Ezugwu told another customer that the individual he wanted to see was with someone then had someone next who was wanting to open an account which was me. The worker who was supposed to help me open my account was Anthony. Anthony over looked me and helped someone else make a deposit and proceeded to help his first customer. I was then approached by the front desk clerk that no one would be able to see me today because they close at 6pm. After I have been sitting there a little over 30 minutes I am told I could not be helped. This was not a great first experience, an I wouldn’t want anyone else to go through this. Again I do not recommend this location at all if you want to be satisfied.

I had a very disappointing experience with Anthony Q. during my notary appointment this morning at 9:00 AM. He was extremely unprofessional and came across as rude and unhelpful. He asked confusing and difficult questions that even my lawyer did not understand, which made the process frustrating and stressful. It felt like he did not want to assist me at all.
Customer service is very important, especially in situations like this, and unfortunately, that was lacking during my visit. I believe Anthony would benefit greatly from additional training in professionalism and customer service. I hope management addresses this so future customers have a better experience.
