  I would like to take a moment to recognize Amanda for the excellent service she provided during my recent visit to open my account. Amanda was extremely professional, patient, and helpful throughout the entire process. She took the time to answer my questions clearly and made the account opening smooth and welcoming. Her positive attitude and attention to detail made a great impression on me. I truly appreciate her support and the great customer experience she delivered. PNC is fortunate to have such a dedicated team member.

  I hate leaving negative reviews, but I absolutely regret having a business account here. It’s been a NIGHTMARE for 3 years. Terrible customer service, constant calls from a new business manager that turns over every 4-6 weeks and if you need anything, good luck. They are completely incapable of solving even the most minor issue and you will be sent to the automated calling system. Then you will be put on hold for 45 minutes and sent through 4 to 5 people to finally get an answer if you’re lucky. Avoid them at all costs.

  They used to have great people working here but the manager has chnaged and it's no longer my go to branch. I rather drive to round rock now.
