I was trying to cash a $32.00 check I got from my employer that was written from this bank. They made me wait for half and hour while they asked me when I moved here and if I work at the place the check was from. Then asked details about inside the said workplace. All while they both spoke in a different language about me. I thought this was America afterall. They even called the company to see if I worked there.(NOBODY ANSWERED THE PHONE) Finally after being so rude they decided it was ok to cash the check and charge $2.00 for the process. These people need retraining in customer service or not ever work directly with the public.
