  I’ve been going here since this bank was PNC, and I’ve had some occasional troubles over the years but overall satisfied. The last 4 times we’ve been into this location the new managers have been incredibly rude and not customer service oriented. Example: we opened up a new account for my daughter. She didn’t get the link to register for her online banking as promised. We tried customer service online and by phone 3 times and no luck. We show up at bank, manager immediately shuts us down and says this is an appointment only location. We signed in, waited 25 min when there was nobody else in the store, just the manager and her agent in her office on the computer. I would like to believe customer service means client first. This was not my only bad experience with her. If this continues we’re closing all bank accounts and moving elsewhere. Leadership really needs to look at this location for better kinder service

  I called 14 mins before close . I just had a question about my account and for them to look into it . The teller tells me that he can’t & that they were about to close. I understand that it was 14 mins before closing time but that is still enough time considering it’s still within operation hours . I would have called earlier but didn’t see the questionable charge on my account until now . Now I have to wait until the morning when I am missing money and it’s stressful . Poor customer service here

  The bankers we worked with were incredibly kind, but didn’t seem to know the processes for the loan we were applying for. This resulted in some wasted leg work finding documents and about two weeks of excitement before being told many of the stipulations they told us were wrong. Luckily, frost bank has been able to easily take care of us (telling me some of the things PNC said we couldn’t do aren’t accurate) but it is unfortunate that we wasted so much time. I will be moving my high yield account away from PNC. My fiance and I were going to move our accounts to them, but we will not do so now. We cannot trust that the information they’re giving us is accurate.

  Waited more than 30 minutes to see a banker to resolve issue for my elderly father while guy in the corner office talked in his phone and never offered to help, on a Saturday. Needless to say last experience with BBVA Compass
