- PRPaula RouyreJan 24, 20241.0This is the worst bank branch. Always terrible customer service. I waited 10 minutes today and finally just left. One teller was helping one client. Another walked past me a couple times and turned her head away as she passed. No one greeted me, told me they would be with me soon, nothing. It was like I was invisible. I have been a customer (first with Compass) since 2008 but I am ready to move elsewhere.
