- CCChristopherMar 2, 20261.0Stay away from the outside ATM! I withdrew money and it charged me 4 transactions more! Now I have to call and fight to get my money back.
- LLLashae LeeJan 10, 20241.0Horrible customer service representative. The customer service call center representative is horrible at doing their job. I worked with a guy name ALVIN and he didn’t do my dispute right so now my account is in the negative. This bank is trash they charge you fees to transfer money, they will take money out your savings if you go into the negative for overdraft protection that I didn’t sign up for! They don’t offer early direct deposits literally you have to wait till midnight for your funds. After my dispute is resolved I will close this account! Their pending transactions take 3-4 days on the app. They are not loyal to you they are loyal to the merchant who takes money out of your account even if your card is lost or stolen. They will give you a credit but will take it right back if they believe the merchant! I hate this bank I will never do a regular bank again! Back to credit unions for me!
