    Terrible customer service, manager didn’t know what she was talking about and was very very unprofessional!! Everything took forever, they have lack of workers in there. Do not recommend going to this branch if you bank with PNC. Also a bunch of homeless people just hanging out outside and fighting. Worst experience of my life.

    It’s taking over 45 minutes to close an account that had all of $501 in it. They can’t just give me my money back even though i have no checks and didn’t even activate my card. This bank is a joke. I opened this account to help a friend hit her sales number, and it’s been nothing but a mess since it was opened.
