- GOGrady L OvealDec 6, 20255.0I was really impressed with the attitude of the teller I felt like I mattered and he treated me as such I had a question about the coin counter he explained we laughed as he finished my business at the end I asked if I could have some of the popcorn I saw by the ladies sitting by the door he smiled and said help your self if all banks can conduct your business as this young man this is the first time I've felt happy really impressed

Something as simple as making a deposit turns into an unnecessary wait. It’s hard to understand how this credit union receives accolades like “Top Place to Work” when it’s clear they’re consistently short-staffed and struggling to meet basic service expectations. It really makes you wonder: what’s the point of opening more branches if the quality of service doesn’t improve? Expanding locations without addressing the core issues just spreads the problem further. As a member, I expect better.

Initially, I was told there would be a 45-minute wait, but after more than an hour passed with no update, we decided to leave. When we mentioned we were leaving, the staff member told us it was just a busy time and that people were out on lunch. It would’ve been helpful to know about the lunch breaks upfront so we could plan accordingly. The lobby was not crowded, so I’m confused as to why the wait was so long. Poor communication and lack of consideration for our time.
