Something as simple as making a deposit turns into an unnecessary wait. It’s hard to understand how this credit union receives accolades like “Top Place to Work” when it’s clear they’re consistently short-staffed and struggling to meet basic service expectations. It really makes you wonder: what’s the point of opening more branches if the quality of service doesn’t improve? Expanding locations without addressing the core issues just spreads the problem further. As a member, I expect better.

Initially, I was told there would be a 45-minute wait, but after more than an hour passed with no update, we decided to leave. When we mentioned we were leaving, the staff member told us it was just a busy time and that people were out on lunch. It would’ve been helpful to know about the lunch breaks upfront so we could plan accordingly. The lobby was not crowded, so I’m confused as to why the wait was so long. Poor communication and lack of consideration for our time.

- SSStephanieNov 15, 20161.0I've Been with this bank for about 4 years. Recently I've noticed that there were several fees applied to my account. I made a total of 4 calls & no body could explain to me what happened, all I was receiving were "run around" answers. If I put my money into a bank & something happens, I would expect for an employee of the bank to be knowledgeable enough to explain to me & help me understand what happened. One young lady hung up on me while in the middle of asking a question. I would of assumed that the employees would be much more polite & patient with customers when something does not look right or goes wrong. I used to bank with Bank of America & have never experienced this issue with their customer service. I'll be taking my business back to them.
