My family also uses them, which speaks to the level of trust and service they provide. I don’t currently do all of my banking with them due to a previous move and switching to a local bank at the time, but now that I’m back in an area with Shell locations nearby, I’ve definitely considered moving my banking back. Their team is knowledgeable, responsive, and truly works in their members’ best interest, and their rates genuinely can’t be beat. I would absolutely recommend Shell Federal Credit Union to anyone looking for competitive rates and a credit union that takes great care of its members.
