  I like the bank but at this location the ATM most of the time is not working and the drive thru service takes too long.

  Disappointed in Shell fcu me and my husband have been having them for years since 2015 and kept a good amount of money. Had to take it out to get a better interest rate. Was not doing anything in the savings. When brought back as a cashiers check they place it on a 9day hold. Rules might had change but if you called and verify and see the customers relationship, they could’ve made a better judgment. My husband is not working due to surgery and was waiting for the CD to mature. Instead of helping us and giving us other options like a cash advance on the credit card just to hold us until check is released call center proceeded with saying next time do a wire transfer and thats it. No help from Shell fcu.

  Este banco es muy bueno en refinanciar tu vehiculo... pase de pagar 12.09 Apr hasta 7.24 Apr... Paga interes por tener cuenta de ahorros y ofrece tarjeta de creditos... tambien cuenta con app mobile para monitorear tu dinero. Tendre un ahorro aproximado de 4000 dllr al final de la compra total de mi vehiculo.

  I am very pleased with my decision to join Shell Federal Credit Union. The Woodforest Branch is always meeting and exceeding my expectations. The service is always courteous, friendly, professional, accommodating, timely, and inviting. I look forward to my trips to the bank!
