- DADr. Lekesha A.Dec 12, 20255.0In 20yrs I have never seen anyone else for tax preparing because Rolanda is knowledgeable, ethical, thorough and responsive. I greatly appreciate that she also answers my questions to ensure that I understand everything about how to get the best situation with my taxes. I have grown with her through different seasons of life in my career/income and recommended her to several others.
- UTUry TovarDec 2, 20251.0Giving this firm a 1 star is a lot, if there could be a zero or negative star I would use it, the service is bad, I am the owner of a company and she got upset when I tried to contact her about company accounting issues, she left our company in worse shape than when she took over, put a target on our backs with the tax comptroller office and then she left us hanging by just writing a letter that she was not going to service us anymore. Then after, some questions arose about the accounting account and after she charged us close to $20,000.00 dollars for the period of two months, she did not answer any of the questions that we had when we tried to make the transition. Being disappointed at her and her services is not enough for the experience that we got from her and her business. I will not recommend her to anyone and be careful when you try to do business with her, she will get you in trouble.
