  I am pregnant and have a bank account with pnc. Although i was not making a transaction the guy inside made sure to let me know it was a clear it was not a public restroom. Disappointing

  My rating is not about the workers. It's about the fact that this bank doesn't actually have people in the bank who can do teller work. You have to use a machine between the lobby and outside with a a video teller. I have no problem with the idea of a video teller except that no one can see what's going on in this little extra area that has doors on either side one side to the lobby on one side to outside. If you're depositing a cashier's check as I was or cash it doesn't feel super secure. I had no idea that was going to be the case until I got there because the location is listed as having tellers. They should move that machine into the lobby. The explanation was that it's available after hours which makes it even less secure.
