  I did my research about before opening a new bank accounts and I had some concerns about the bank and it’s practices and the staff answer all of them making me more willing to join they also have one of the most money for deposits money out of the 10 banks the staff was extremely nice we chatted I felt like family they made the process very smooth 400 if you deposit 5000 in direct does in 60 days I also like the three bank accounts they give you to make you more financial stable

  I went to use the ATM outside this location and it took my card afterwards a message popped up stating “Your card is retained. Contact your financial institution.” I go inside and tell the lady the atm took my card. She says “let me go check if I can’t get it you’ll have to wait.” I wait, she comes back and says “I can’t get it. You’ll have to get it when Brinks comes and they don’t come until Tuesday about 9:30am” I said ma’am it’s Friday, why did it take my card in the first place? She said “you may have put it in at a time when there was a glitch or if your card is bent even slightly it’ll fall.” Sooo if you know the ATM has been glitching why not put an out of order sign until Brinks comes to service it instead of allowing customers to use it. Then she seemingly thought there was nothing wrong with waiting until Tuesday to come pick up my card when I informed her I was just going to cancel the card.

  Jasmine and Julian were honestly extremely friendly and knowledgeable bankers who restored my faith in pnc. Highly recommend to anybody that is not familiar with the brand and would extremely recommend this particular branch. Ask for any one of the friendly employees.
