They’ve sent me to other locations on multiple occasions because they couldn’t or wouldn’t cash my business check from my account with them. They’ve had insufficient cash several times and I’m not getting much. Overall I don’t like PNC but this branch is the worst I’ve dealt with since they took over BBVA. Update: now one of the two drive-thru lanes has been closed for over a month so they’re even slower. Awesome :/ Update: drive thru lane is still broken. Just one lane and takes for ever. Also very dangerous area…got robbed in the parking lot right after leaving the bank.
