Not her fault (Eliana) as her two coworkers just sat at their desks and didn’t help anyone in the time she helped 4 people. When I was next customer to be helped, one of the bankers, Sean, looked at me, didn’t acknowledge me and just sat at his desk. When he saw someone he recognized (who was behind me in line) he said he had time and she got help from him (before me). I tried to connect with management but apparently no managers on site all week so choosing to leave this bank. They seem to have major staffing issues post-merger.

There is ONE TELLER, at all times, and the other people that work in the branch walk right past a line of people with no offer to help. (In the past, someone would offer to walk your deposit or transaction down to the drive through). The management is nonexistent. This place needs some serious attention!! It is not what it used to be.
