- SSSarah SiddiquiJan 16, 20261.0Every time I deposit a check, the bank places a hold on it, even though it is from a legitimate source. Last time, they put a hold on my check for two weeks. The bank put me in an extremely difficult predicament; I was late paying my rent and insurance and had to borrow to make ends meet. I will not use this bank again.

Not her fault (Eliana) as her two coworkers just sat at their desks and didn’t help anyone in the time she helped 4 people. When I was next customer to be helped, one of the bankers, Sean, looked at me, didn’t acknowledge me and just sat at his desk. When he saw someone he recognized (who was behind me in line) he said he had time and she got help from him (before me). I tried to connect with management but apparently no managers on site all week so choosing to leave this bank. They seem to have major staffing issues post-merger.
