She’s been condescending and dismissive, making him feel like he isn’t a valued customer because he’s young. When we tried to escalate the issue, the staff refused to share any contact info outside the branch and said to “find it on the website.” We’re closing our accounts and moving our business elsewhere.

I had the pleasure of meeting the manager, Ms. Ashley, who was incredibly friendly and enjoyable to talk with. Ms. Dawn assisted me in setting up multiple accounts and provided excellent insights on how each one could be beneficial for me. She was patient and understanding, making the entire process smooth and easy. I'm truly grateful for the quick and attentive service from both of these ladies. This location has a way of making you feel like part of a family, and I’m so glad I chose to come here.
