The staff here told me I should be receiving a survey. I have not received a survey, but I wanted to share my experience at this location. I applied for a loan online and I needed to go in to verify some information. When I arrived at the branch, I was greeted by Ms Ashley Watson, the branch manager. She opened the door for me. I advised her she did not need to open the door for me. Her response took me by surprise. She responded and told me that I was a guest in her house and she was going to absolutely open the door for me. It made me feel like I was part of a family. She took the time to introduce herself and to inquire about my visit. I let her know the reason for my visit and she introduced me to her banker Dawn. Before she left me with Dawn, she informed me Dawn would make sure I was in the right account and she was going to see how she can save me money on my loan. THEY DID JUST THAT!!! I was about to open a new checking account and save on my interest rate. Ms Ashley came back in to check on me and even offered me water, coffee, or snacks. Seriously in this day and age where do you get this type of service? 10/10 recommend. I truly appreciate the experience I had at this branch!

The manger thinks it’s ok to not be professional with PNC’s customers. It is not ok to disrespect customers by belittling them and making it seem like you’re playing. Ashley made all my visits here displeasing and angry.

My husband is a young business owner who’s banked with PNC, and his experience with Ashley Watson, the manager, has been terrible. She’s been condescending and dismissive, making him feel like he isn’t a valued customer because he’s young. When we tried to escalate the issue, the staff refused to share any contact info outside the branch and said to “find it on the website.” We’re closing our accounts and moving our business elsewhere.

This particular location is a different breed...I never have a problem at any other location.

Don’t come here. Why would you charge $8 in fees for breaking a $20. Your quota will not be made off of me. It’s sad BBVA branch locations don’t act accordingly with each other. They all just do their own thing.
