I was the only customer in the bank and plenty of people who should have been able to help me. So I made the appt for the next day. I had to wait for 30 minutes before they decided they would help me anyway since the person I had an appt with didn’t show up. So clearly they could have helped me the first day.

I went there to make a withdrawal they made me jump thru hurdles just to withdraw money from my account. The male manager that spoke to me was extremely rude and try to refuse me service. I will never go to that location again and will be closing my account and putting a formal complaint with corporate regarding the manager to have me the worst customer service I ever experienced at a bank in my life!
