- CCcarter carterDec 31, 20251.0I went to PNC Bank on yesterday, to cash a check and experienced racial discrimination from the teller, not willing to cash my check, let alone even look at it. He had no idea the amount are anything his first words who is the check from still not looking at the check he then proceeded to say the bank didn't have any money to cash the check , when he just handed the the lady in front of me money. I have never felt so mistreated in my life. Black people beware of this treatment at this PNC Bank this is called Banking While Black, this should not have happened. And on this note my Employee has a business account with this Bank and this is how PNC let their employees treat customers. If I could get away without marking a star it would be 0
- APAhah PapaFeb 7, 20221.0Most terrible service I have received in any pnc branch… not only did I get moved to the side to wait on a banker to do my transfer, everyone who came after me handled their business and left… after 20 mins of waitin without any update, I asked how much longer and the banker said 10 mins I’ll be done, I’m still sitting here waitin and it’s been 1hr and they are not even busy. This is terrible
