  ⭐☆☆☆☆ Extremely Frustrating Experience with PNC Bank I was a PNC Bank customer for only a few months, and it was a constant headache. I repeatedly had issues accessing my own money and getting deposits processed properly — even guaranteed funds like cashier’s checks. Their fraud team frequently locks your account for unclear reasons, leaving you unable to access your money for days. PNC also places random holds on deposits, even when they’re from legitimate, verified sources, and demands excessive paperwork or receipts for simple transactions. It often feels like they treat you with suspicion just for trying to use your own money. After dealing with so many issues, I decided to close my account — but even that turned into another problem. They deliberately forced me to delay closing my account, creating more unnecessary obstacles and wasting more of my time. While I’ll say that the in-branch staff are polite and try to help, they’re limited by an inefficient and overly cautious system that makes everyday banking incredibly frustrating. If you value easy access to your funds and consistent service, I strongly recommend going to another bank. PNC’s processes make you feel powerless over your own money. Su equipo de fraude bloquea las cuentas con frecuencia por razones poco claras, dejándote sin acceso a tus fondos durante días. El banco me obligó a retrasar el cierre de mi cuenta a propósito, poniéndome más trabas innecesarias y haciéndome perder aún más tiempo. Aunque debo reconocer que el personal dentro de las sucursales es amable y trata de ayudar, están limitados por un sistema ineficiente y excesivamente cauteloso que hace que la banca diaria sea una pesadilla. Si valoras tener acceso fácil a tu dinero y un servicio confiable, te recomiendo buscar otro banco. Los procesos de PNC te hacen sentir sin control sobre tu propia cuenta. Ten mucho cuidado antes de abrir una cuenta aquí.

  I just want to say that the staff at this location is fantastic. Mirna has taken such good care of us for the last 2 years. Today was just another huge example of her personal service & her kindness when I was having a bad day to say the least she toook time to help me in a very kind manner
