  Terrible service. At 10am they accepted an appointment for me for 12pm to get a replacement card. I showed up at 11:55 and waited to find out their machine hasn't worked since 9am. When I asked where I should go they said they didn't know and the person that informed disappeared to find out. At 12;15 I left with no information or card. Huge waste of time that could have been solved if they hadn't made the appointment or just called me.

  Ana Quinones at the Post Oak branch is the best! She is so helpful and personable. She is very knowledgeable and just a wonderful banker.

  Don't bank here they'll give you the run around Hold Your money and play around with your time. I miss when it used to be BBVA but PNC is very unhelpful when it comes to your funds . I had to push the banker to do there job . I been to 4 different banks and had to push them to do there job there unhelpful and rude . It's like they get paid to not help people. I wouldn't suggest this bank to anyone I know . Worst experience with a bank ever .

  Since PNC took over BBVA Compass it has been a nightmare, PNC has found the way to screw up every step of the way. Products still do not work, disoriented staff, I have lost confidence in management

  Had $12.00 in my bbva account came in to this location to cash a check for 150.00 and deposit it lady said she could not cash the check that I could only deposit it but there will be a hold on the check I did all this to avoid any fees. So I had to go to another bank that I do not have a account with to cash the check than came back to deposit it. What kind of circos is this. Beware takes me 20 minutes to get to this bank because they don't have many around.
