I showed up at 11:55 and waited to find out their machine hasn't worked since 9am. When I asked where I should go they said they didn't know and the person that informed disappeared to find out. At 12;15 I left with no information or card. Huge waste of time that could have been solved if they hadn't made the appointment or just called me.
