And they are not nice. I think this country is changed in a lot of ways, customer service was one of the reasons I like about this country but not anymore.

I didn't expect to be helped by her, but she greeted me with a bright smile and a warm welcome even though my frustrated day! I believe I'll have great support here! You rock Jurixie G! Waited for ten minutes to be told I couldn't open an account because the person I was waiting on couldn't help because she had calls to make before she got off of work. It's was 5:28pm when I was dismissed.
