And they are not nice. I think this country is changed in a lot of ways, customer service was one of the reasons I like about this country but not anymore.

I didn't expect to be helped by her, but she greeted me with a bright smile and a warm welcome even though my frustrated day! I believe I'll have great support here! You rock Jurixie G!
