I sat there with a mask on praying I wouldn't get covid. Then when I got home I was unable to log in to my account because she had spelled my name wrong. Then my checks were sent to the wrong address. Instead of being apologetic they were defensive and unsympathetic with excuse after excuse. Make sure you double check everything to make sure it is correct. They may be getting paid to do this job but unfortunately you may end up doing yourself. Not impressed at all!!!
