  The Tellers are professional and thorough. Easy to open an account but you have to then physically go into the bank to close them. And then if there is a remaining bank fee on the account you must pay that or it will be interest and fees on top of that. And the bank will turn you over to collections and put a mark on your credit report. For keeping less than a certain level of money in their account. What does it cost them honestly to keep an account open? Negative interest to me is my cost. PNC though charges far too high fees. $300 charge per year to keep money in PNC bank from which PNC then makes interest and pays customers just a few cents if at all. Unless you change this model and policy I have zero chance of coming back to invest any funds nor business. I can make 3.25% on saving at a different bank alone from FDIC covered deposits with NO such fees. So what value is PNC giving me for effectively me losing $600 or more per year for the privilege of PNC holding my money? Nothing against the tellers nor workers. PNCs business model and policies are not inviting. I actually had to pay $25 cash to close my account or I would incur even further fees on top. It is expensive for people to be poor! It’s like a pay to play. With deep respect for the folks with low account amounts…best of luck to you. Go somewhere else where you can keep your hard earned money.

  This bank is great and in a good area. The bank tellers are nice. I'd recommend this bank.

  The lady approached me as I entered. Very nice. This is not about the staff here, for th ey seem very friendly, but the bank. They charge you to cash a check that was written by their bank. I’ve been to several banks to cash checks that either doctors have given back for overpayment or things like that and I’ve never been charge a fee. This place not only do they charge you, but they charge 2.5%☹️

  I wouldn't wish this company on my worst enemy. I canceled my own account with PNC 10 years ago over similar nonsense, looks like they haven't changed a bit. My mom died a few weeks ago. I got POA for my dad. I've been desperately trying to get any information on my mom's account (including, does she have an account?), or get access to my dad's account, and every single time they are the LEAST HELPFUL human beings on the planet. Now they've informed me that they require things on a POA that go above and beyond state requirements, so just for them I need to have my out-of-state elderly father go out to a notary again. Most times I go in they can't even be bothered to pretend to look things up on their computer, just stand there and tell me they couldn't possibly do anything useful. Oh sure, they'll smile at you and offer you water when you walk in. But if you want actually something done, do yourself a favor and bank literally anywhere else.

  Hands down best bank I have ever had. Not only are they attentive and very friendly, but my banker Greg literally stays on top of all my stuff. I made a deposit with a cashiers check and it was supposed to take 10 business days, and Greg made a phone call and I had the money within just a few days. Anytime I have gone into this branch for any reason at all he is always there to greet me and take care of whatever I need. He took the time to explain everything to me and my girlfriend and he helped me get into a better account from the one I had originally opened six months ago. My girlfriend and I now have checking and savings account with this branch, thank you so much Greg for all of your help. PNC for life baby!!!
