  This was the worst bank experience of my whole entire life. Me and my business partner recently relocated to houston. I open a new beauty supply store. I wanted a bank near my home. I stop in to get help i was told i had to speak with the branch manager . the rudest homophobic man i ever met. if you have issues with the LGBTQ you shouldn't work for a company that deals with the public. He did not even want to shake my hand or let me go into his office. Just told me maybe i should take my business to other bank that accept my kind?????????????????? MY KIND like i am an animals. He look at me like i disgusted with me . Why are people like this allow to work here

  I go to this location often. Long wait times always. A coworker of mine went for the first time and they told her if she needs change, she is to call ahead. Mind you it was for $300 change. Anyway, imagine McDonald’s tells you to call ahead for fries. This location wants us to call ahead for money. The bank is supposed to have change on hand for all customers. They make things difficult for customers instead of making our lives easier and convenient. I would not recommend this location. All bank tellers are very nice and talkative.

  These bank is by far the rudest ever! on top of that they are supposed to open at 9 am and literally watch you stand outside for minutes after 9am... I seriously recommend new management

  Do not go there! Do not apply any loan there! They run my credit and offered a loan, never gave me a deadline or due date to respond. while preparing my documents, they asked me to reaply because I past the 10 days period to respond. When I reaplied, ofcourse they run my credit again which decreased my score 30 point down again! Then they called me saying sorry we cant offer the same amount as the first time and they offered me almost 30% of what I was approved unitially. Now I have to apply somewhere else with a lower credit score! They just wasted my time and damaged my credit score! Do not trust them!
