- CLCal LopezNov 3, 20252.0I go to this location often. Long wait times always. A coworker of mine went for the first time and they told her if she needs change, she is to call ahead. Mind you it was for $300 change. Anyway, imagine McDonald’s tells you to call ahead for fries. This location wants us to call ahead for money. The bank is supposed to have change on hand for all customers. They make things difficult for customers instead of making our lives easier and convenient. I would not recommend this location. All bank tellers are very nice and talkative.

The transfer from my BBVA accounts into PNC was a nightmare and I do not like going to this location. I am now in the process of moving my accounts to another bank.
