Ironically enough, what they "couldn't" do, another Bbva Compass branch could. I got so stressed out by their staff that I just went to Chase. They were able to deposit without a problem. Awful! I've never heard so many "we cant'" in a long time. If I go back to Bbva , I will go to the one on McCarty.
