  I called and spoke to Oscar and he welcome me to come in so we could discuss the process of a title loan. It was explained throughly but I was skeptical and going to walk out when Oscar asked me to be truthful on why I wasn’t interested I explained the payment was outrageous and it worried me on not being able to get out of the loan and a possibility of losing my vehicle he took the time to work with his upper management and get the loan to where I felt comfortable now that’s genuine humble customer service that made me feel better and I accepted Thank you for coming through on this difficult moment when I needed extra funds.   Best place to visit when unexpected expenses arrive. Ask for Oscar or Mrs. Magda. These guys really lookout for their customers and most of all, know and understand the needs of others.
