Don't let the five star reviews fool you. My guess is their friends, family or co-workers. PNC bought BBVA a few years ago and they have underwhelmed me since. They removed the tellers from this pretty new branch and never put in the virtual teller machines they said they were going to which would allow deposits and cash back as well as any questions you might have because it's actually a live person on the screen. So you can only deposit and get cash through the ATM. When it's down you have to drive to another nearby city to do anything. What's the point of this branch now? If your only means for people to deposit and get cash is through the ATM you need to either install two of them or make sure the one you have always works.

Like an abandoned building. The 2 or 3 employees are nice & helpful, but no tellers, you can make a deposit, but they've gotta call an employee to come out and take your checks, they then disappear for a few minutes and return with your receipt and a sales pitch on how you can deposit your checks without coming in to the branch. Sign on the door says cash only available through atm here.

I have a mortgage with PNC - went to generate a payoff letter. Most mortgage companies allow you to do that online immediately - to generate a PDF. Not so with PNC - they either mail (NOT email - snail mail) or FAX (who has a fax machine anymore)? The snail mail "takes up to 10 days." Geesh - welcome to the 1900's.

They bought out BVVA. We were told the same online bank login would work for the new bank. It didn’t. Every time I call their phone number I get hung up on by the automated system within 30 seconds. No way to reach an actual human by phone when the phone hangs up on you. Not impressed at all.
