- BGBecky Gates4 days ago1.0Incompetence and really bad customer service. Closed out personal, savings, money market and business accounts when PNC took over. What a mess!!

Making me go back and forth between branches to get them to do something that they could have just stop being lazy pick up the phone and call the other branch. Lady first office to the right offering no assistance giving excuses instead of finding a solution. Wrong bank to bank with and by the rating they ain’t wrong. Low rating is a warning don’t bank here.

- OROziel ReyesDec 23, 20255.0I was walking I to PNC to close my account because it randomly started giving me technical issues and I didn't want to put up with it. I just wanted to go back to Chase Bank. I walk in and see a long line and that guaranteed my closing my account.... but Meredith saw me and my look of frustration and jumped in to help me. The bank is definitely a place you want to feel seen at and Meredith made that happen. I see myself banking with pnc for a while and look forward to transferring my balances and opening up new credit here. Thanks Meredith!
