  Man how we miss BBVA, one of the worst banks ever. Even if u have an account they wanna charge u to get your money the same day.

  I waited for more than 30 minutes in the drive thru (commercial), nobody helped me, and I saw more than 12 cars go by in those 30 minutes of waiting, I went to be seen in the lobby, and they told me that I had to wait outside, ( I understand that) I asked if the commercial deive thru was open and they told me yes, come back and wait another 15 minutes, call 5 times by phone and they never answered, terrible service, and I'm going to have to close my account at that bank
