  Im not sure why this branch of this bank doesn't have a 5 star review from literally everyone. My account set up was easy and painless. Putting my checks in my account also easy and painless. Customer service on the phone AND in person is 10 STAR. They know me by name at the drive through before ive even sent anything up. They walked me through unexpected issues (on my end) with such kindness and compassion. I would 100% recommend this bank and this specific branch to everyone.

  The absolute worst bank we have put our money in! BBVA switched to PNC Bank a few months back. That was a miserable experience. BBVA was not that good, but PNC is much worse. You can't get ahold of customer service. If by luck you do, they are rude. Because my husband and I shared online account credentials, we were reprimanded by customer service and now we can no longer use all of their services. LOL, seriously?! Bye bye. We are switching over to Frost Bank, which provides great customer service!
